These very easy instructions are great for those with at least basic sewing skills. Features one large pocket on the outside and a magnetic snap closure. Full sized pattern pieces are included - just print with your regular home printer, cut, and sew!
Finished dimensions are approx 14" x 14".
3/4 REQUIRED MATERIALS:
1/2 yard focus fabric*
1/2 yard lining fabric*
2/3 yard coordinating fabric to make outside pocket*
2/3 yard 45" wide fusible fleece interfacing
1 yard 22" wide lightweight fusible interfacing
1 pack (or 3 yards) of 1/2" double fold bias tape**
magnetic snap closure
erasable marker or pencil
coordinating thread
safety pin (for pulling the bow fabric through the casings)
*Yardages given assume straps will be made from the coordinating fabric. You may choose any of the fabrics to make your straps; simply add 6" (or 1/6 yard) to the fabric yardages listed above if making straps with the focus or lining fabrics.
**If you prefer to use a coordinating fabric rather than bias tape for the bows, you can easily make your own bow fabric as shown on the bag on the cover. You will need 4 strips of fabric measuring 2"wide x 20" long.
