Pattern Description:

The beautiful colors in this quilt capture the essence of frosty days in the fall. A great quilt for hand piecing, but it is also works well for machine piecing. The frost fabrics used in this pattern are from the Fairy Frost Collection (Khaki & Gold fabrics) by Michael Miller Fabrics.
This quilt was featured in The Quilt Pattern Magazine in 2011.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 56" x 68"


  • 1 yard dark green fabric for squares & rectangles, 3/4 yard light green fabric for squares & rectangles, 1/2 yard dark red fabric for squares, 1/2 yard light red fabric for squares & rectangles, Non-pieced borders recommended for this pattern - 1 7/8 yards gold fabric for squares, rectangles and non-pieced border (1/2 yard gold fabric for pieced border), 2 yards white fabric for squares, rectangles and non-pieced border (1 2/3 yard white fabric for pieced border), 4 yards for backing, 5/8 yard fabric for binding, 93" X 72" cotton batting (twin Size)
