Basic Skills Necessary:

  • paper piecing, rotary cutting, using a sewing machine

Pattern Description:

This is a single block that can be used in many different ways. You can bind it and use it as a mug rug, add a border and display it on your wall or table top. It can be used in a Christmas sampler quilt with other blocks.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 6" x 10"


  • 1 fat quarter each of light red, medium red, green, light gold, medium gold

You Will Also Need:

  • copy of foundation, pins, sewing machine, scissors
