I love photography, I see the world through my camera lens. So when I got a request to make this camera pattern, I jumped at the chance. Fields On Camera is a SLR camera pattern to make a 12 inch x 12 inch camera quilt block.
I made two versions of this camera pattern. Both the camera and the lens are paper pieced on this one.
There is another version of this pattern available in my shop where the lens is appliqued on the paper pieced camera body. That one is easier to make than this one.
I also have a snapshot 10" camera pattern in my shop called
Faces On Camera
which can be combined with this pattern.
It is perfect for stand-alone projects such as a wall hanging, table runner, pillow or a bag. It can be just as easily incorporated into a larger quilt.
The pattern for this paper pieced quilt block is made and tested by me. It is in color and clearly numbered. A diagram is also provided in the pattern. The finished block measures 12 inch x 12 inch.
Basic instructions for paper piecing are not included in the pattern. Please visit this link to get the tutorial for paper piecing -
