Pattern Description:

"STORMY WEATHER" ... don't let the name stop you from making this quilt. It will become one of your favorites.

It looks difficult, but it's all about the SASHING!! Start with a simple block, add a unique sashing and what a different look you create!! It looks difficult, but can be made by the confident beginner. We've shown more than one color way--notice how the design changes depending upon what fabrics and colors you use, especially when you switch the light and dark fabrics around for the background. This is one pattern you'll want to make more than once--just to see the different effects.

Designed with beginners in mind, but unique enough for advanced quilters.

This pattern started out as a Mystery Quilt, so you will find the step-by-step instructions VERY EASY to follow and understand with LOTS OF DIAGRAMS.

In the cutting out process, we have you putting your parts into marked clear plastic bags, which greatly helps with keeping things organized. So whether you get the quilt finished this week or next month (or for some of us, perhaps next year), you will always be able to find your parts and pieces and get right back into the fun of completing this quilt top.
