There is movement in this wonky star! If you use a concentric colour scheme the star will look like turning cogweels. Other colour lay-outs give us a more dynamic star, so beware of Dizzyness! ;-)
The pdf file contains the following:
- Several pages with colour options to consider. The examples can help you decide which areas of the pattern you would like to emphasize with colour, value or pattern.
- Colouring page. Of course you can also think up your own colour combinations. You can try them out on the colouring page.
- Pattern drawing with seam allowances.
The pattern needs to be printed 4 times to complete the star.
The pdf file DOES NOT contain paper piecing instuctions!
The pattern gives you a star of 10 inches square (finished size).
To get an impression of what my pdf files look like, try the free pattern "Star collection - Freedom"!
There is a flickr-group with blocks made with my patterns, called "ipatchandquilt patterns":
Good luck and lots of fun making this dynamic star!
