Easy, fat quarter friendly quilt pattern, or use a focus fabric for the "pinwheel" rectangle blocks. This darling quilt goes together quickly and easily. Great for a beginner.This quilt would make a great baby quilt or lap quilt for that someone special your life. Designed by Dawna Sanders for Jazz Cat Designs.

Materials:
- 6 coordinating dark fat quarters
- 6 assorted light fat quarters
- Inner border: 1/2 yard
- Outer border: 1 yard
- Binding: 1/2 yard
- Backing: 3-1/2 yards
You Will Also Need:
- Sewing machine and accessories
- 1/4" piecing foot is helpful
- Rotary cutter / cutting mat / quilter's ruler
- Neutral thread or thread to match fabric
- General sewing supplies: scissors, marker, etc.

Jazz Cat Designs is a small company designing and providing patterns for quilts (irene Huffman and Dawna Sanders), purses (Patricia Minich), and hand embroidery (Courtenay Hughes). Irene Huffman primarily designs quilts, both large and small. She has recently introduced a pattern line called "My Perfect Quilt Size" (MPQS) which gives yardage, cutting, and piecing instructions for quilt designs from table topper, various table and bed runners, through lap sized to king sized quilts . . . all in a single pattern for a single price! She loves simple piecing that looks complex!
Dawna Sanders designs lovely, cheerful quilts, often multi-sized (MPQS) and frequently in the modern style.
Patricia J. Minich designs inspired purses and bags for all occasions. Her designs are fresh and original and most often contain pockets for carrying all your important "stuff". Her bag, "Courtney" was a Hoffman Challenge finalist in 2009 and was part of the traveling Hoffman show.
Courtenay Hughes is an embroidery artist extraordinaire! Her current offerings with Jazz Cat focus on lovely Colorado designs including our state flower, the Columbine!
