Wall Hanging

Skill Level:

medium skill level requirement Intermediate

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Any kind of applique technique--hand, machine or fusible
  • Rotary cutting skills
  • Familiarity with 1/4" seams

Pattern Description:

Pick a peck of apples or cherries at the height of the season, or just make a wallhanging and enjoy them all year long. Use one or both in the same wallhanging. Instructions include some interesting tricks for very skinny applique stems! One of my Sewfasst(c)Techniques is used to make the sawtooth border. This technique means, you sew, slice, dice and sew, slice, dice again, without cutting individual triangles. Colors are for reference only or make your own creative color choices.
