I love designing and making quilts, especially folk and story quilts. All my patterns are easy to follow with step by step directions and photos. Every pattern begins with a quilt created and sewn on my table top machine. I want everyone who tries one of my patterns to enjoy the experience of quilting and the satisfaction of a finished project. If you ever need help or have questions, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have a blog where I share the design process behind the patterns, MarylandQuilter.com. Come by and visit!
This sweet little quilt is a snap to make. You pin the entire quilt: front, back, batting, and appliques. Then you sew all the layers and appliques together at the same time.
The top pieces are sewn with the fabric edges raw. They are designed to fray to the stitches, giving a ruffled texture. There is no binding; the edges are finished by sewing all around and then clipping the edges to fray.
The pattern comes with a complete upper and lower case alphabet so you can personalize your quilt.
This pattern includes 9 pages with detailed, complete easy to follow numbered step by step directions with 10 photos. There are 10 pages of full size patterns. The pattern is written with metric units in parenthesis.
Every step in this quilt was planned to create the most beautiful quilt possible in the most efficient way possible.
