  • have a favorite applique method that you can do
  • beginning patchwork piecing

Pattern Description:

Our not so scary monsters, are super easy to applique, whatever your favorite method, once you have pieced the simple striped background. Any little one you make this quilt for will adore it~

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 44" X 54"


  • 1 1/8th yard of black fabric
  • 7/8th yard of white fabric
  • 7 fat quarters or 1/4 yards for monsters
  • 6 Fat 1/8th's assorted colors of bamboo felt (or you can use fabric instead) but we love the felt!
  • 6 different fabrics in scraps or fat 1/8th's for monster eyes and horns and paws ect
  • 1 5/8th yard for the backing
  • 1 yard of Heat N Bond Lite (or 3 yards if that is your favorite method of applique)
  • 3/4 yard for bias binding

You Will Also Need:

  • roxanne's glue
  • invisible mono poly thread, we like superior
