what size are the blocks please? and is it just quilted in the ditch?

Each of the completed 9 patch units should measure 6 1/2" before they are sewn into the quilt. Each of the individual squares within the 9 patch units is 2 1/2" before being sewn to form the 9 patches. The alternate plain squares measure 6 1/2" before being sewn into the quilt. Hope that answers your question.

Love this pattern! Just purchased it. The material is listed as: Print 1.5 M and background 2.4 M. Can you tell me how that converts to yards?

a meter is 39 inches, a yard is 36 inches so 1.5 M is 1.6 yards & 2.4 M is 2.6 yards
