Use a couple of lovely fresh charm packs, with some solid fabric to make a charming lap quilt.Perfect quilt for beginners or for a more advanced quilter looking for a weekend project.
I loved the pattern which is why I downloaded it. I am a beginning quilter and I have to say I found your directions very confusing. I made all my squares, half side white, other half colored, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to lay them out to get the design shown. I wish you had included a line drawing to better deliniate how to lay out this quilt. I have been at it for a day and still don't get it.
Love this beautiful pattern. However, it did not end up with 12 columns and 13 rows as the pattern says. It is impossible when you end up with 144 squares to work with. 144 is a gross or 12 times 12. Which is what I ended up with. Still even as a square it's beautiful.
Thank you for this beautiful pattern. It was my first quilt and I gave it to my parents for their 50th anniversary.
Took me a while to get it to download, but worth the hassle. The pattern is easy to follow- the step by step instructions are great. It looks more complicated than it is to make. Thanks for this pattern!I'm making quilts for my 13 grandkids and great grandson!
Could you please tell me the line of fabric used for "Fresh Diamonds"? I just love the colors. Thank you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am doing this in red, white and blue for my military family. God Bless your kindness!
And no problem downloading the pattern on. My IPad. I bought it (at no charge ) and sent it to my email.
Page two photos wouldn't load for me, however all the others did, and I do have some experience making double triangles from two squares, so I'll manage. Love the color pa;;ette!
Your downloads may be in "Computer or My Computer" then look under "Downloads" should be their.

I want to make this pattern for my grandsons. I noticed that the lines on the 5" square are to make the rectangles are not straight across. Please tell me if I should draw the lines equal distance on top and bottom of the 5" squares or slanted. Thank you for your patience.
