Basic Skills Necessary:

  • some experence using a sewing machine
  • The ability to use sharp tools safely. :)

Pattern Description:

I have just updated this pattern to include 2 sizes! one for the kids45"x56" and one for the adults 57"x 67"!
Because just like a big warm hug, everyone wants one!

My "Diamonds in the Rough" pattern is appliqud, quilted, and backed in one step!
Simple straight seams, No Y-seams or partial seams, you can do this!

A major "Quilters Rules" breaker!
No ironing necessary!
No batting to buy or add!
No binding to hand stitch!
No mitered corners to fuss with!
No critical "points" to match!
No fussy seam allowances, 1/2 inch throughout!
No critical alignment or stitching of the appliques! Close is ok, you're going to clip and shred them!
Shredding hides a multitude of sins.
There's something very therapeutic about shredding a quilt! LOL!
