Courthouse Comforter

from Hexadoodle Quilts
(7) Name: 'Quilting : Courthouse Comforter
Courthouse Comforter Courthouse Comforter
Courthouse Comforter Country Variation
Courthouse Comforter Vine Creek Variation
Courthouse Comforter Blue and Yellow scrappy variation

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • accurate 1/4" piecing
  • how to square up a block

Pattern Description:

This throw sized quilt is perfect for new quilters as clever rotation of the courthouse steps variation block means that there are no seams to match up.

Make this quilt using purchased pre-cut 5" charm squares and 2.5" fabric strips or raid your stash and make something truly unique!

I hope you enjoy making this quilt. I know I did and it holds a special place in my heart as it is one of the first quilts that I designed myself and is the first (of what I hope will be many) to be published for others to use.

Happy Stitching!

Alison xx
