Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Basic Sewing Skills
  • How to sew a 1/4" Seam

Pattern Description:

This is my first pattern. It's a fun and easy table topper to make from a charm pack or your favorite red, pink, and white fabrics. It also can be made from country fabric colors or try pinks and browns for a special Chocolate Valentine.

If you cut the charm square down you can make a small version perfect as a candle mat or for a smaller table.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 30" x 30"


  • Fat Quarter of Red material for border 2
  • Half Yard of White material for sashing, border 1, and binding
  • 12 - 5" Charm squares in different Reds
  • 8 - 5" Charm Squares in different whites
  • 12 - 5" Charm Squares in different pinks
  • 32" x 32" piece of batting
  • 32" x 32" color of your choice for back

You Will Also Need:

  • Pins
  • Ruler, Mat, and Cutter
  • Sewing Machine
  • Thread
  • Scissors
