I purchased this pattern and ordered fabrics for this pattern today. I'm doing a baby quilt, so I'm going to leave off the top and bottom strips. I will leave off the thin purple inner border and the next white border. Then I will bind it with one of the colors. It should finish about 58" square. A big size baby quilt, but ok I think! Just one question - the directions don't include any seam allowance pressing directions. Will it work out if I press the seam allowance toward the newest piece added?
