I have a love for sewing and quilting that was started when I was a small child. I was encouraged by my mom, grandma and great grandma. I had excellent teachers!

Pattern Description:
March's block is an adorable sewing machine. One of my favorite things. But not just any sewing machine, but the machine I remember from my childhood. It's the pattern for February's block for the Quilt Doodle "My Favorite Things' BOM 2015 quilt. Come and join the fun as we create this delightful quilt.
I will have a tutorial posted on the Doodle Blog along with links to the pattern included each month. The monthly patterns will be FREE during the month that they are announced, after that they will be available for a small fee. In December we will piece the sections together and put on borders and finishing touches.

Materials:
- scrap material for the applique
- heat n bond lite
- brown thread for machine applique
- buttons for embellishments
