Our blue bird of happiness pays a visit to her ladybug friend.

Materials:
- 12" x 8" light yellow to orange for sky, 9" x 1 1/2 " light green for grass, 12" x 5" orange to red for ground, 12" x 3 1/2" light green to blue for water, 5" x 6" blue for bird body, 4" x 3" purple for bird legs and inner eyes, 1" x 2" light yellow for outer eyes, 4" x 5" green for wing and tail, 3" x 4" orange for beak, wing cap, wing dots, and sun, 3" x 9" light blue for flower petals, 1" x 9" yellow for flower dots, 6" x 6" green for stems and leaves, 1" x 1" red for ladybug, 10" x 14" backing fabric, 1 1/2 yards of fusible web (Wonder Under recommended,) 11" x 15" batting (Hobbs Heirloom Cotton 80/20 Batting recommended), 11" x 15" Timtex stiff interfacing, Black Sharpie Fine Point marker or lead pencil, Rotary cutter, mat, and ruler, Pinking rotary cutter blade, Teflon pressing sheet (optional), Size 8 or 12 embroidery thread, Size 4 or 5 embroidery needle, Machine quilting thread
