Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Use a sewing machine

Pattern Description:

This makes a lovely kitchen hanging or table runner. It is so easy a child can make it - and have great fun adding embellishments. Who's eating the apples? Is it the Hungry Caterpillar? A super Summer Holiday make with the kids.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 12 x 36 inches


  • fat quarter background fabric; fat quarter red; fat quarter green; scraps of dark green and brown; half yard backing fabric, wadding and binding (optional)

You Will Also Need:

  • pack of fusible web (eg Bondaweb, Steam-a-Seam)
