Pattern Description:

I love the look of modern quilts and love jelly rolls. While laying in bed one night I thought of this quilt idea. Using a combination of twenty printed strips and twenty solid strips there is a total of 1600" that make up the twist and checkerboard border. It turned out beautifully and was fun to make.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 49 1/2" x 60"

  • basic sewing supplies (sewing machine, thread to match, scissors, rotary cutter, mat, ruler, seam ripper, etc), (20) 2 1/2" x WOF assorted fabrics (or half a jelly roll), (20) 2 1/2" x WOF background, 1/2 yard binding, 3 yards backing
