Pattern Description:

Us Crafters always need a place to put our tons and tons of yarn. This is my newest creation, the yarn organizer. It holds 12 skeins of yarn, or all kinds of balled yarn. I have cut outs in the cover for each compartment for easy access of pulling yarn through.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 12 1/4" high, 18 inches wide and 12 1/4" from front to back.
  • The compartments measure 3 3/4" x 4 1/2".


  • 12 sheets of 12"x18" plastic canvas
  • 7 oz. beige yarn
  • 7 oz. grey yarn
  • 7 oz. light pink yarn
  • 7 oz. dark pink yarn
  • 7 oz. light blue yarn
  • 7 oz. turquoise yarn
  • 7 oz. light green yarn
  • 7 oz. yellow yarn
  • 7 oz. black yarn
  • 7 oz. light purple yarn
  • 7 oz. gold yarn
  • 7 oz. white yarn
  • 7 oz. red yarn
  • size 16 or 18 tapestry needle

You Will Also Need:

  • scissors and plastic canvas knife.
