There's no sewing, no gluing, no chemicals - just soap, water and a little magic. This tutorial will give you all the basic skills you need to felt a ruffle scarf.

  • 4-6 ounces of (merino) wool top
  • One 80 in. X 20 in. pieces of bubble wrap
  • Dish soap
  • Empty baby powder bottle
  • Nylon netting
  • Towels
  • Sander (optional)
