There's no sewing, no gluing, no chemicals - just soap, water and a little magic. This tutorial will give you all the basic skills you need to felt a ruffle scarf.

Materials:

4-6 ounces of (merino) wool top
One 80 in. X 20 in. pieces of bubble wrap
Dish soap
Empty baby powder bottle
Nylon netting
Towels
Sander (optional)
