This origami inspired tutorial pattern is named after the Filipino-Japanese debutante named Mayumi who invited me in her debut party back in 2002.
This elegant fabric flower is so easy to make. As a visual learner, I used detailed and easy to follow steps and a lot of full color and high quality images to thoroughly help you learn every technique in this tutorial. There are two types of Mayumi Rose that I am going to help you create - the Mayumi Rose cabochon and the Mayumi Rose with a stem.
This tutorial is perfect for making wedding bouquets, wedding sashes, table decor, brooch, hair clips, and baby headbands.

Hi! I'm Eliza and I love to create tutorials. I started creating tutorials back in 2010 as my excuse to create pretty things while enjoying my love for photography.
Aside from creating tutorials, I love cooking, walking around and getting lost along the streets of Manila , and doodling clouds and pirates for my little nephew.
