Pattern Description:

The toy is knitted round and that is why the pattern is recommended for Advanced Beginner Knitters. Really easy to knit.

Raccoon Doll with removable tail. The tail can be fixed in three positions.

The finished doll is approximately 4,4 inches (11 cm) tall.

The pattern includes instruction with pictures how to make this Raccoon + unlimited email help from me in case you get stumped.

Materials needed
4 double-pointed needles in a size suitable for the yarn weight you are using. I
recommend using needles a size or two smaller than the yarn calls for, to produce a firm fabric. used Needles size 2 (3mm)
Vanilla colored yarn for head
Melange brown yarn for dress
White yarn for ears
Dark brown colored yarn ( mohair )
Black yarn for the hair
Toy stuffing
Yarn needle
Stitch holder
2 plastic eyes
3 small buttons for fixing the tail
All time am working in the round. This help avoids the ugly seams .


24 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 4,4 inches (11 cm)

  • 3 small buttons for fixing the tail
