Pattern Description:

Highland Lass for 18" Gotz Precious Day Dolls, 19.5" Gotz Sarah/Hannah Dolls, 18" Kidz n Cats Dolls & 18" American Girl Dolls.

A three piece set consisting of an aran style jumper, matching beret and pleated skirt knitted in 4ply on 3.25mm needles & 3mm needles for the brim of the beret. The jumper is knitted flat in one piece up to the armhole shaping using straight needles. The jumper is fastened with buttons at the back. The skirt is knitted flat using straight needles with a ribbed waist band folded over and held up with elastic. The skirt is finished with a row of double crochet (US: single crochet) around the bottom edge which can be replaced with 2 rows of garter stitch if preferred. The jumper is knitted with a combination of wheatear stitch, cables and blackberry/trinity stitch whilst the beret complements the jumper with cables and blackberry/trinity stitch.
