Pattern Description:

The long-time popular children's song may have had Little Bunny Foo-Foo hopping through the forest, scooping up the field mice and bopping them on the head, but Bunny Foo-Foo has heeded the Good Fairy's warning of absolutely no bullying, and she and Mink Mouse have since become besties and now hop through the forest together. Not wanting to part, I have included both in this pattern. Using a combination of boa eyelash yarn with contrasting worsted weight yarn, these two soft cuties are a timely duo that will help children learn compassion and the valuable "no tolerance of bullying" concept in a fun way.

Gauge:

Not critical for this project. Work tightly enough to ensure that the stuffing will not show through the stitches.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Approx. 9" without ears (bunny), 7 1/2" without ears (mouse)

Materials:

knitting needles size 4 (3.5mm)
#5-bulky wt. boa short eyelash yarn: approx. 78 yds (bunny), 73 yds (mouse)
#4-worsted wt. yarn: approx. 110 yds (bunny), 70 yds (mouse)
small amount black yarn for noses

You Will Also Need:

9mm black toy safety eyes (for each animal)
large-eyed blunt needle
polyester fiberfill stuffing
long straight pins
