  • none, this is a starter double knitting project

Pattern Description:

This cute rabbit bookmark can be made from 4-ply sock yarn leftovers (about 12 - 15 g of each colour).
It is a nice project for double knitting beginners because it is a quick knit.
And it is a nice last minute gift, too!

I prefer to do the two-color cast-on.
There are some good tutorials on youtube how to do it.

Gauge:

7 stitches and 9 rows = 1 inch in double knitting

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 14 cm x 5.5 cm

Materials:

  • some leftovers of 4-ply sock yarn in two colors of your choice (e.g. black and off-white)

You Will Also Need:

  • 2 double pointed 2.00 mm needles
  • tapestry needle to weave in the ends

Suggested yarn:

230 yards of Fingering weight

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Opal uni solid 4-ply sock yarn, Buttinette sckli 4-ply sock yarn

Colorway:

white and black
