Deb Buckingham is a full-time knitting pattern designer and author of "Dishcloth Diva," released by Cooperative Press in 2012, and "Dishcloth Diva Knits On" in 2013. She creates patterns that are modern and chic in design, but allows room for even the novice knitter to gain confidence in knitting. Advanced knitters will love the simple, and sometimes challenging designs.
She has also been published in the 2013 and 2014 Knitting Calendar released by Simon and Schuster. Her work can also be found and purchased on KnitPicks.com and Ravelry.com where she works as a designer. Her website on Etsy drives consistent traffic to her creations.
She is a member with TKGA (the knitting guild of America) and blogs at theartfulyarn.blogspot.com.
A mother, wife, grandma, sister, friend, writer, photographer, knitter, quilter, but most of all a yarn-a-holic, she enjoys alot.
You will often find me nestled in my favorite chair, in front of my favorite TV design show, working on my next favorite project.

Who doesn't love a hand-knit dishcloth. For many, it's a staple in the kitchen. Easy to wipe the counters with, clean up spills, and even wipe those little faces. Dishcloths are used for everyday tasks. When knit with cotton fiber, it's absorbent and easy to wash.
This pattern uses knit and purl stitches only. The only other thing you'll need to know is how to cast on, bind off, and weave in ends. This is an 8 row repeat pattern.
