Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit stich
  • basic increase

Pattern Description:

I fell in love with the yarn at the store because it was so fluffy, and soft as a kitten. Not long after I had bought my first couple skeins, it was still sitting in the bag and a family member commissioned me to make them a baby blanket to give as a gift. So this baby blanket and pattern were born! It would be a good blanket for beginners because there are no purls and the fluff of the yarn will hide any mistakes. If you are a seasoned knitter it will be a breeze.

Gauge isn't really important. If you knit loose maybe step down a needle size or if you are a tight knitter you could step up one bigger.
