My name is Lara and I love to knit! I have been knitting for 13 years. My oldest son is almost 13! Before he was born, I picked up the needles and taught myself to knit! I started with a scarf, jumped to a jacket and hat for my newborn and then to a baptism gown! I have knit many, many sweaters, hats, mitts, socks over the last 10 years! Everytime I pick up needles, I have something else in my mind I want to try!
I have an electronic systems engineering degree, but have chosen to stay home with my children at this moment. I love working with numbers, so writing up patterns is a great challenge for me!
I have 6 wonderful children, so have many opportunities to knit for them! I have also learned some crocheting as I find it adds to my knit projects!
I hope you enjoy these patterns as much as I do!
Looking for a perfect Mother's Day gift? Housewarming gift? Birthday gift? Christmas gift? This is it!! This pattern comes with instructions to knit the hand towel top as well as the pot holder. There are two methods to knit.
The hand towel does not require a sewing machine! All the sewing is done using a tapestry needle and yarn. The pattern includes detailed pictures to illustrate how this is done.
The towel and pot holder are knit with double stranded cotton yarn. It gives strength and durability. The top of your towel will NOT stretch!
Enjoy and be Creative!!
