Pattern Description:

As temperatures drop and the light wanes beyond your door, set the mood for wintry festivities at home with this elegantly rustic runner that features a traditional fir cone lace motif flanked by a fir-and-diamond lace pattern and a simple, textured seed stitch border.

The finished size is approximately 10" wide and 40" long, but this is also a fabulous one-skein project that can be adjusted depending on the amount of yardage available. The runner is worked in two pieces and grafted in the center.

The pattern includes both written AND charted instructions for the runner!

Gauge:

6 stitches and 8 rows = 1 inch in lace pattern AFTER blocking

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 10" wide x 40" long

Materials:

  • 440 yards fingering weight yarn

You Will Also Need:

  • US 3 needles, stitch holder, stitch markers (optional), yarn needle
