Pattern Description:

This textured 28" x 36" (66cm x 92cm) baby blanket is knit in one piece, back and forth on a circular needle to accommodate the large number of stitches.

A worsted weight/#4 yarn in cotton, cotton blend or acrylic would make for a beautiful, soft and washable blanket perfect for crib, stroller or pram.

The pattern includes both line by line directions and a chart for the chevron motif which repeats over 16 rows.

Using only knit and purl stitches this pattern would be great for a beginner knitter who is confident in counting rows.

4"x4" (10cm x 10cm) in pattern on 5.5mm/US#9 needles
= 17 stitches and 26 rows
