Pattern Description:

For all cat lovers - one to sit on your table that won't be shoo-ed off for licking the butter!

Make your cat any colour - striped or not.


15 sts, 21 rows to 10 cm, in stocking st, on 5.5 mm needles, using doubled DK/8 ply yarn

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • to fit teapot 48 cms circumference and 12-15 cms tall


  • Use your choice of doubled DK/8 ply yarn - takes between 120 and 160 gms depending on the brand of yarn you use.
  • plus DK/8 ply yarn in pale pink or white for ears x 10 gms

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 pair 5.5 mm (US 9) needles
  • 1 pair 20 mm "joggle" toy eyes or similar size safety eyes with clip-on backs
