Pattern Description:

These socks, with their optional double-knit soles, will be a delight to wear as regular socks or slippers. Begun with a provisional cast-on, the sock can later be extended upwards (if your yarn supply permits) or finished from the cast on edge with bells and fringe, for a frivolous flourish.

This project is also available as a kit featuring my Celestial Merino Mottled Solids Yarns from my website.

Gauge:

approximately 8 stitches per inch

Materials:

  • 100 grams Main Colour Fingering Weight Yarn

You Will Also Need:

  • A set of five, 2.25 - 2.75 mm (US # 1-2) double pointed needles (dpns), 6 - 8" in length
