(6) Name: 'Knitting : Yasmine

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, Purl
  • Increase, Decrease
  • Knit in the round

Pattern Description:

Yasmine is a top down pullover with a scoop neck & cowl. The sweater is knitted flat first, then joined in the round. The cowl is knitted on slightly larger needles in a stockinette & reverse stockinette stripe pattern to give it a nice drape. This is virtually seamless; there will only be small holes under the arms when finished.


16 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in Stockinette Stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • FINISHED BUST MEASUREMENT 29(33, 36.5, 40.5, 44.5, 48, 52, 56, 60)"
  • SIZE XS(S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X)


  • 600(741, 890, 1041, 1190, 1341, 1490, 1640, 1791) yards of Worsted Weight Yarn
  • 1 US Size 9/5.5 mm 24" or larger circular needle*
  • 1 US size 11/ 8mm 16" circular needle*
  • 5 stitch markers, one of a different color
  • Scrap Yarn for sleeves
  • Yarn Needle
  • 1 US Size 9/ 5.5 mm DPN's (or preferred sleeve method)*
