Basic Skills Necessary:

  • worked flat

Pattern Description:

The combination of wide horizontal rib and 1 x1 ribbing at each edge make this shoulder wrap very attractive. The loop closure keeps the wrap from falling off your shoulders. There are paired doubled decreases to give a rounded shape.

Gauge:

18 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 8 needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One Size Fits Most
  • 36" excluding 1 x 1 ribbing
  • 56" including 1 x 1 ribbing
  • 17" from shoulders to lower edge

Materials:

  • 3 pull skeins Brown Sheep--Cotton Fleece@ 215 yards each pull skein or equivalent
  • size 5 straight needles
  • size 8 straight needles; or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
