Pattern Description:

Knitted from the top down entirely in one piece, with no seams.

I designed this sweater for a friend's very welcome baby boy. I had one skein of the perfect yarn, so I chose some stash yarn in a contrasting color and designed from the top down so I could use every bit of yarn.

Choose some special fingering or sport weight yarn and knit one of these for your favorite new baby. Even on small(ish) needles, this pullover knits up fast for such a little person.

I grew up in a crafty household. My mom sews, weaves, and dabbles in lots of other fiber arts, while my dad is a musician (timpani) and photographer (portraits). I got my first camera and my first loom when I was five!

I didn't start knitting until my mid-twenties, but I've done my best to make up for lost time.
