This is a warmer weight jacket for cold days that is fitted enough not to be sloppy, but cozy and tailored looking at the same time. This pattern is designed with pleats in the back and shaping in the front, set in pockets with buttons, and a collar that can be buttoned up to the chin or left down. The sweater is knit in an overall slip stitch pattern that provides a cushiony insulatory effect. The body and sleeve length are designed to be generous enough to be comfortable and keep you warm but still look neat enough to dress up in.

I started designing knits for my children and now am branching out to design women' knits. I love the designs that work to flatter all figures as hand knits should be for everyone, any age, any size! I strive to make my designs a combination of simplicity and style and I love making designs that beginners can knit and look great in.
