Pattern Description:

Based on the one piece long underwear worn for the past century in the America3/4s, the Union Suit is a classic outfit that is designed for comfort and warmth. It features seamless construction with raglan shaping, a front buttoned opening from neck to gusset, a backside opening with a buttoned flap, a roomy gusset, tapered arms and legs & doubled cuffs. When worked in soft wool, the Union Suit is the perfect outfit to wear over a cloth diaper. Diaper changes can be done by pulling babies legs through the backside opening or through the front opening. The backside flap is also convenient for parents who practice Elimination Communication. The Union Suit is sure to be a favorite go-to garment for all parents!
