Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit, purl, picking up stitches, following a pattern

Pattern Description:

I have updated the classic tennis style vest by deepening the V-neck and replacing the bottom ribbing with vented sides, similar to a
polo shirt.

The twisted stitch pattern, replacing the traditional cable, is simply a two row repeat, no need to follow a chart.

The design translates equally well to a cotton blend for the summer or wool for the winter.

Experience with picking up stitches and pattern reading is recommended.

Included is a complete list of abbreviations, photos and a stitch glossary for your reference.
