Tilting Ladders pattern is fun to work. These cables and lace ladders tilt left and right alternatively.
Mock cables are used in the foot portion for greater comfort, with traditional cables in the ankle portion.
Worked toe up with little tricks to avoid holes at the heel.
Heel is a gusseted heel, sort of a shaped heel flap that is great for protruding heels and gives a better fit to the foot.
Stitch pattern is charted with the sizes marked.
28 sts and 36 rows = 4" square
