Basic Skills Necessary:

  • garter, stockinette, simple lace, simple increases, 3-needle bind-off, picking up stitches, sewing in sleeves and seams

Pattern Description:

This cardigan has a very easy construction, with minimal shaping and finishing. A light cardigan perfect for spring and
summer wear.

This design is made with the finest Columbia wool from Oregon's historic Imperial Stock Ranch near Shaniko, Oregon, USA.


16 sts and 25 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Diamond Pattern (US size 7).

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Small (Medium, Large, 1X-Large)
  • Finished Measurements: Approx. 36 (40, 45, 50)" bust circumference, with Fronts overlapped 3 1/2". 25" in length.


  • 1100-1540 yards Imperial Yarn Erin
  • US size 7 (4.5 mm) 40" circular needle
  • US size B-1 (2.25 mm) crochet hook
