This maddy laine pattern has great value as it includes instructions for both a pullover and a cardigan version.
These classic styles are written in FOUR sizes and feature a 'sampler' of easy-to-knit textured patterns, including Diamond, Zig Zag, Checks, and Caterpillar knitting stitches.
The lower and sleeve edges, as well as the cardigan front button and buttonhole bands, are worked in Twisted Rib. The pullover neckband is doubled, creating a neat finish. The sleeves are drop-shoulder style for maximum comfort. Knit this summertime classic and it will see you through many a picnic and Sunday afternoon sail."
The knitting pattern, written in both US and metric measurements, includes a schematic drawing.
