I?m originally from Ireland but currently live in Edinburgh. I learned to knit (and sew!) in school and at home when I was about 8 and then knit on and off through my teens. After a long sabbatical, I started again sporadically in 2009 and more seriously since 2011. I?m a research Chemist by trade and that sciency background comes in handy when crunching knitting maths!
