Once again ponchos are popping up in children's wear. And if your little girl needs one, then her doll should have a matching one as well.
Ponchos are very easy to make and there's no finshing. When you are done - you're done except for tucking in a few ends.

Gauge:

5 sts/ 1" in stockinette for both projects

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • SIZES: 2 (4-6, 8-10) - finished chest measurement 22 (25, 28)"
  • FINISHED LENGTH AT LONGEST POINT: 11.5 (14.5, 17.5)"
  • Doll Poncho is for an 18" doll, 5.25" long at the longest point

Materials:

  • Main Color (MC) - 200 (275, 375) yds
  • Contrast Color (CC) - 125 (150, 175) yds
  • Needles: #7 24" circular or size needed to obtain gauge
  • #7 16" circular needles to begin poncho
  • optional - #7 double pointed needles to begin
  • Ring marker A - 1 color
  • Ring marker B and C - second color

  • 18" Doll Poncho

  • Needles: #7 double pointed needles or size needed to obtain gauge
