Pattern Description:

Ink is the perfect cardigan to slip on when the balmy days of summer transition to the chilly days of autumn.

Named for the color of the yarn, it is also a reminder that autumn brings with it the beginning of a new school year.

Knitted in fingering yarn and reverse stocking stitch from the collar down, the cables on the garment bring to mind the V(tm)s of birds flying south for the winter.

Gauge:

27 sts and 29 rows per 4 (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch with US 4 " 3.5 mm needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • XS (XS1, S, M, L, XL, 2X)
  • To fit chest: 28 (30, 34, 38, 42, 46, 50)

Materials:

  • 1225 - 1750 yards of fingering weight yarn
