Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit
  • k2tog (knit two together)
  • purl
  • ssk (slip, slip, knit)
  • m1 (make one)

Pattern Description:

The Honeycomb Bolero by Nazinin S. Fard is written and charted.

The Honeycomb Edging is worked as a knit-on edging, much like that of a lace shawl. At the end of each right side row of the Edging, the last stitch is worked together with one stitch
from the Body, so the Body stitches are bound off as you go.

Shown in size Small.


18 sts x 22 rows = 4" in St st

  • Cotton Supreme color 624 Desert (MC) - 2 (3, 3, 4, 4) skeins
  • Cotton Supreme Splash 201 Beach (CC) - 1 (1, 1, 2, 2) balls
  • US Size 8 (5 mm) straight or size needed to obtain gauge
