Basic Skills Necessary:

Pattern Description:

Goodale is named after the street that we were on in Columbus, Ohio where Melissa LaBarre took these lovely photos. It is knit from the top down with raglan shaping an i-cord edging and simple folded over pockets. The size that I am wearing 34? (shown with no ease) and the 31 1/2? sizes each take only 2 hanks of Madelinetosh Pashmina. Sizes 38, 41 1/4, 45 1/4, 49 1/4, 52 1/2, will take 3 hanks each and sizes 55 1/2 and 58 3/4 will need 4 hanks each.
Approx yardage needed: 580 (640, 720, 770, 855, 935, 1010, 1080, 1160) yards

Gauge:

20 sts and 40 rows = 4" in Stockinette Stitch

Materials:

  • size US 7 needles

  • large stitch holders or waste yarn
