Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, purl, cables, increasing, decreasing, lace, cast on, bind off.

Pattern Description:

Double V-neck dress worked bottom up and in
the round. Large-scale lace trim at bottom edge
inspired by Victorian era undergarments. Cable and
dropped stitches at sleeve openings and neck add
an interesting drape to the finished edges.


16 stitches x 30 rows = 4"/10cm worked in Garter
Stitch in the round using US 8/5 mm knitting needles
or size needed to obtain gauge.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Finished Chest Circumference: 35 (40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70)" 89 (101.5, 114, 127, 139.5, 152.5, 165, 178) cm. Please allow approx. 6 - 8" of positive ease.


  • Yarn Blue Sky Alpacas Worsted Organic Cotton (100% Cotton), 100g/3.53oz, 150yds/137m. 6 (7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8, 9) Skeins of 615 Tulip. Or yarn that knits to specified gauge. Needles 1 24"/60cm or longer US 8/5mm circular needle
