Pattern Description:

This cool, comfortable, top-down, lightly flared cardigan closes with 5 buttons, with one more to decorate the top of each sleeve edge. The wide sleeves are slightly tapered with a decrease panel from shoulder to cuff. Wear it with a tee or lace camisole and jeans, or little black dress. Minimal sewing at back of neck only. This is a special little piece that belongs in everyone's wardrobe. Armholes are extended out slightly in a curve from the body of the piece, and sleeves picked up from there and knit down; it's a kind of set-in/drop shoulder hybrid. And it is really done in a 1-ply cashmere which makes it light as air.

I can't remember when I couldn't knit, crochet or sew. I am inspired by yarn I find, trends I see on the street, window shopping in Manhattan and suggestions from fellow knitters and crocheters. My goal is to create stylish patterns that are easy to wear, and to find the simplest way to construct them.
